Independent software studio
We build small software that does one thing.
Smallcraft Labs designs, ships and operates a portfolio of focused B2B SaaS tools. Each product takes a single, well-defined problem and solves it for a specific kind of team. Subscriptions start at USD 9 per month.
One problem per product
No suites, no modules you will never open.
From USD 9 per month
Public, self-serve pricing without a sales process.
Operated, not just launched
Updates, availability and support are part of the product.
Approach
An automated pipeline, run by a very small team.
Most of the work that normally consumes a software team runs through automation here. That covers setting projects up, testing them, releasing them, patching them and watching them. It is a structural choice rather than a slogan. It is what lets a team this size keep several independent products in good shape at the same time.
- 01
Automation before headcount
Scaffolding, testing, releases, dependency updates and monitoring run as pipelines rather than as recurring human work. People spend their time on product decisions and on the support questions that actually need judgement.
- 02
Narrow scope, on purpose
A product ships when it solves one problem end to end. Requests that would turn a tool into a platform are declined or become a separate product. We would rather run five small things well than one large thing badly.
- 03
Built to be operated
Every product is expected to run for years, so we choose boring, well-understood infrastructure over anything that needs constant attention. Shipping is the start of the work, not the end of it.
- 04
Small, and staying small
Because most operational work is automated, a very small team can run several independent products in parallel. Growth means more products in the portfolio, not more people assigned to each one.
The portfolio is still being built. The above describes how we work today, not a track record we can point at yet.
Products
Our first product is in the works.
There is nothing to buy here yet, and we are not going to fill this page with placeholder names or mock screenshots. When the first product is ready it will be listed here with its own pricing, documentation and terms.
First product in development
What to expect when it ships
- Public pricing, starting at USD 9 per month
- Self-serve sign-up, with no sales call and no demo request
- Cancellation from inside the product, at any time
- Email support at support@smallcraftlabs.com
We do not run a mailing list and this site has no sign-up form, so nothing will arrive in your inbox unless you ask for it. If you would like a note when the first product is live, write to hello@smallcraftlabs.com.
Contact
Email is the only channel we run.
There is no contact form on this site, no chat widget and no phone queue. That keeps the website free of anything that would collect your data, and it means your message goes straight to the people who can answer it.
We read everything that arrives and normally reply within two business days. We correspond in English and Polish.
